The trio also includes Daniel Flick on fiddle, mandolin and guitar, Robbin Etter on flute, and Celtic vocals by Victoria.

The first part of the recording includes a guided meditation by Diane Ross for the attunement of the Chakra, or energy centers of the body, accompanied by the Celtic harp. Each Chakra resonates with a specific key and a specific color in a tradition dating to the ancient Greek modes.

The second part is soothing harp solo music perfect for relaxation.
